Our Story

How We Started

As many know, most of the microfiber cleaning products being sold in the market are made in China. The microfiber factories are mainly located in the provinces of Jiangsu and Zhejiang in east China and in Hebei province in north China. Back to 2010, there were 6 factories producing microfiber cleaning cloths at the hometown of the founder in Jiashan country of Zhejiang province. One factory happened to be owned by a childhood friend and another by a relative of the founder. During a home visit in 2014, the factory friends encouraged the founder to help promote microfiber products in the international markets on their behalf. The founder then decided to take a chance, with his technical skills and 15 years of professional working experiences in the financial industry.

In 2015, we imported a full 40' container of microfiber cleaning cloths and floor mops. It took us nearly one year to completely sell out the first container of goods. After the test run, we quickly adjusted our business model to set us apart from the active sellers in the market:

  • Factory Direct Sales means that customers can buy products without middlemen and enjoy unbeatable low prices without sacrificing product qualities. We remove in the supply chain the links of storing goods at warehouses and transportation from warehouses to destinations, and pass the savings on to customers.
  • Make To Stock works on the assumption that buyers will place recurring orders of certain products, and thus they can be made beforehand. Our factory partners incorporate the Make-To-Stock strategy into their production to better support our business of Factory Direct Sales. For the most sold products such as general purpose cleaning cloths and lens cloths, our factory partners keep fabrics available in stock all year round. For most of the orders we take, they can be produced within one week.

To better serve customers, we manage at our warehouse in the US a minimum level of inventory of the most sold products for urgent needs of existing customers in the US and try-outs for new customers.
