Microfiber Direct is a private owned company based in Edison, New Jersey, United States. We represent a dozen of leading manufacturers of microfiber products in China and offer direct manufacturing sources to our clients worldwide. Our goal is to bridge the gaps of languages, cultures and microfiber knowledge between clients and manufacturers, and build long-term relationships that are beneficial to all parties involved.
At Microfiber Direct, we do not work like traditional middlemen who share profits with clients and manufacturers. Instead, we offer clients transparency of manufacturing sources and help clients' microfiber products stay competitive in both prices and qualities. We charge minimum commissions to ensure that clients receive the most competitive prices with unmatchable customer services in the microfiber manufacturing industry.

Unbeatable Prices
U.S. Outlet Prices: We sell unbranded microfiber products in full cases to the public through our online store in the United States, at the lowest wholesale prices in the market. If you find comparable items at lower prices at other stores (online or offline), we’ll match the lower prices and discount them by 20% of the price difference.
Factory Direct Prices: We make factory direct sales of microfiber products mainly to business who either run retail business through their own stores(online or offline) or have high demands for microfiber products in their business such as commercial cleaning and auto detailing. Factory direct orders are made from stocked materials available at our partnering factories all year round, and can be customized with private labels and custom packaging. Our factory direct prices, with shipping costs included, are at least 20% lower than the wholesale prices in your local markets.
Container Prices: Chinese manufacturers have been producing most of the microfiber fabrics and finished microfiber products available in the market. Internet has made factory prices of microfiber products transparent. We don’t want price to be a reason why clients source elsewhere. For container orders, we charge only minimum commissions to ensure that clients receive the most competitive prices with best customer services from us in the United States. We accept mixed load container orders to help small business get variety of microfiber products at the lowest costs.

Quality Choices
Not all microfiber cloths are created equal. Microfiber fabrics can be woven in many ways (weave types) using fibers with different compositions. For those who are new to microfiber products, please contact us for free consultations on the microfiber cloths that best suit your needs.
Korean Made vs Chinese Made: Most of the microfiber yarns in the current market are now made in China. Although many of the Chinese manufacturers of microfiber products are fully occupied by orders of "Chinese quality" microfiber cloths, there are a handful of manufacturers who can make "Korean quality" microfiber products for importers from South Korea, Japan, North America and Europe. We are proud to be one of the few Chinese manufacturers who make "Korean quality" microfiber materials such as twisted terry (loop) for drying towels, coral fleece for ultra soft buffing towels, pearl weave for polishing towels, corn kernel weave for heavy-duty cleaning towels, etc.
80/20 vs Other Blends 80/20 blend, or 80% polyester / 20% polyamide, is the standard composition for commercial grade microfiber cleaning products. Microfiber towels with 70/30 blend tend to be softer, more absorbent and are commonly used in professional auto detailing. Nowadays many of the discount stores are selling microfiber cloths with 85/15 blend or inferior.
Weight Weight is the easiest way to judge the quality of a microfiber towel. The fibers themselves are weighed in denier, but the towel as a whole is weighed in GSM (grams per square meter). Take all purpose microfiber terry towels for example. Good quality is about 200 grams per square meter; 250 to 280 is better quality; the best products are 400 grams per square meter or more.

Made-to-Order: As manufacturers, we usually produce microfiber products after a confirmed custom order is received. We can make microfiber products in any customized sizes, colors, and weights/thickness, with large selections of microfiber materials. We can also provide clients with services of private labeling, custom packaging, as well as imprinting services for promotional items. Our production lead time for custom orders is typically around 4-6 weeks.
Made-to-Stock: For clients who place repeated orders with us on a regular basis, we can coordinate with our partnered factories to make desired products be in stock in advance to assure that ordered products are delivered in time.
Logistics: Bulk orders are shipped either by air in one week, or by sea in 3-5 weeks to most of the developed countries in North American, European Union, and Australasia. Ocean freight forwarding arrangement services are available for container orders that are usually delivered in 4-6 weeks.
